Troops Returning from Europe and Asia to be Used in Coup Attempt!

Unconfirmed Sources has received explosive White House documents outlining the administration’s plans for a coup in November. The White House wants the returning troops near Washington D.C. in case they lose the election. The plans call for the returning troops to flood the capitol as the administration declares martial law to defend against a terrorist attack in the opening hours of the coup.

The plan, called Continuing Operations Under Pressure or COUP for short, describes the invasion of Washington by the recently returned troops if Bush losses the election. The troops will be called in to defend the capitol against an ‘imminent terrorist attack.’ Once in the city, they will raid The Capitol and take members of the Democratic Party, and a few liberal Republicans into ‘protective custody.’ John Kerry and John Edwards will also be taken to an undisclosed location. The Bush administration will declare martial law to ‘defend against an attack.’ They will then appeal to the Supreme Court, who will agree, to delay the transition of power indefinably.

The White House calls the media’s interpretation of plan COUP ludicrous and describes it as a post-election security plan. One administration official familiar with documents explained their real purpose. “The memos outline a plan to protect the incoming government from an attack by terrorists planning to disrupt the transfer of power after the election. We are planning on bringing in the returning troops to place members of the incoming government in protective custody. Our studies indicate that keeping incoming government officials dispersed until it is safe to form a new government is the best option. In the mean time the current administration would assume emergency powers to smooth the way for the new government.”

Democrats welcomed the administrations explanation of plan. Senator Edward Kennedy was relived to hear the administrations explanation of the plan. “I admit it. I thought it sounded like a coup attempt to me. I mean, thousands of troops rounding up members of the winning political party, you can see why one might think of that as a coup. I see the logic though. We want to present a strong face to the world even as we are changing governments. I would like to personally thank Tom Ridge and John Ashcroft for working so hard on plan COUP.”

"At least Kerry wasn't craven enough to hide among schoolchildren"

When you have to lie like this to support your hatred of our President, maybe you should rethink your position. Do you lie because you hate him? Do you lie to convince others to share in your hatred?

Would be curious to hear your response to these questions, but not counting on it.
