My final comment:-

If the Tides Group gave money to the hurricane victims in Florida, Republicans will accuse Mrs. Teresa Heinz Kerry of trying to steal/buy votes for her husband!

IMHO, she was prudent to keep her money for other productive uses. Why give money when Bush said he would fast track money and help to the victims. As his brother Jeb Bush is the governor of Florida, those victims are his "baby".

Also, by not giving money to those Floridans, her husband appears to be playing fair ball.
