LOL...occupation...LOTS of US Dollars lost is what they are complaining about. Rumsfeld said yesterday that our Allies have been reassured that they will be protected by our much newer technology, and don't have to fret about the troops leaving. We will still have a large number in Germany as a base though.

Don't know where you got the 6000 troops. Wasn't from Rush or Hannity, was it? Maybe it was on one of those days when Rush was popping at his 30-per-day clip. Here's the real story:
