Are y'all going to rush out and buy the IPO which is being sought by "discount" online real estate company ZipRealty,Inc.?

According to today's Wash Post business section, ZipRealty is "one of nearly two dozen Internet businesses that have never had a profitable year, but nevertheless have filed with the SEC to sell shares to the public."

(Sorry I can't post link, but story appears on page E9 of today's Wash Post print edition. Have just had to buy a whole new computer system and for the time being, while going thru a learning curve, I'm not logging into any websites which keep trying to load spyware on my computer. I'm getting several warnings a day from Symantec about junk being thrown at my machine and am pretty sure this crapola plus a particularly vicious email spammer helped ruin my old computer. The only good thing is that I needed a new machine anyway.)

Where did his figures of 15-25% come from anyway.

A good mgt co is worth it's weight ...let's you free yourself to seek more property or do whatever it is you do.

But like anything else, a bad company can cost you far more than their fees.
