FBI agent Wanda Mae Westwood apparently cornered Berger after noticing an unusually large bulge in his pants. "Are those classified national security documents in your pants," Westwood questioned, "or are you just happy to see me?" Berger is alleged to have stolen dozens of documents vital to the ongoing investigation of the 9/11 attacks, possibly at the behest of former president Clinton, whose handling of the terrorist threat has come under increasing scrutiny.
