I see that you have been overtake by the same creative bug that afflicts me. Creative writing seems destined to overwhelm those non-imaginative scribes of old who were charged with filling out the details of Kerry's Grand and Heroic Vision. They are now beginning to see Kerry's world behind the deceptions. "Now, what the hell do we do?" they ask. "We certainly don't want to appear to be like Lanny Davis and James Carville. So what do we do?" Well, I guess we have no choice but to expand the story, to make it so much bigger that the mind of the common man will be dazzled so much that he will not look at the details. That way we might be able to pull it off." Can't you begin to see a flicker of self-recognition in Kerry's eyes. Even he is catching on. And he doesn't like what he sees. It isn't that he has suddenly become introspective. It is just that he is beginning to see a reflection of his real person in the eyes of the beholder and he does not like what he sees. But he can't seem to dream....dream....dream....up another scenario to salvage his situation. Yes, even Kerry is starting to sense defeat. He is beginning to smell it in the air he breathes.
