Bill...I hate to burst your bubble but the last time I looked on a map, Offutt is located in Nebraska. Before Shrub the Warrior got to Nebraska he had a stop in Louisiana..plus the article I cite deals with him sitting in a stupor in Florida. So what is the relevance of your friend telling you about what happened in Nebraska...don't you think by the time he got there he had reached his marching orders from Cheney...I'm sure that Cheney had to go over it several times...but Florida to Nebraska should be enough time for the VI.
