Shh, Jake. They accompanied him on that trip into Cambodia. They helped him plan ways of using that trip and his four months in Vietnam to begin the grand design. You know, the one to take over the center of world power headquartered in Washington. Once that was accomplished, they had Kerry's promise that that enormous power would then be shared equally with all of Old Europe (especially France and Germany.)

Once their plan was laid and agreed to, they all retired to their respective countries and waited, waited for the ideal moment when they could launch their bid. It was Dean's Screeech that was their signal. Now was the time to spring into action.

You know the rest of the story.
