Not mine. McCain has too much ego and would make a poor VP. I'm not even sure I would want him running the Senate. His best role is where he is because he is able to get major media coverage which is reasonable fair since they think he is really a closet democrat. JMHO.

Put McCain on the ticket and its GAME OVER. A real American hero. Bush is too loyal to ask Cheney to step down. It would have to be Cheney's idea. While McCain would not be acceptable to a lot of cultural conservatives, the election IMHO is too important to worry about conservative "purity."
