Fred was exactly right a few posts ago. Betting on Xoma is a bet on Raptiva. They have nothing else in their pipeline that can affect share price in the intermediate term.

But, I wouldn't compare their bounce backs from the past with their current situation. Hopes for bpi products (IMO) are smashed and Xoma management has sunk into a black hole of incredibility. Furthermore, modest growth of Raptiva will be insufficient to turn any heads. They really need monster sales and quickly.,

I wouldn't call it a good bet, but it could be a good return if I'm wrong.
