I've had a shot of Everclear, it was like a steel brush going down my throat. 190 proof. I recommend never ever doing that.

I have the idea that Dumbya had been drinking and was hanging out with Condi. Condi was probably trying to educate him on some aspect of foreign policy. But Dumbya's mind kept drifting back to Clinton, how Clinton had been sexually serviced by who knows how many women, right here in the WH! Laura won't go "down there" anymore - she never liked it anyway, and she's gotten kinda haughty since becoming First Lady. Dumbya starts looking at Condi and fantasizing, he's never done it with a black woman and he knows Condi kind of worships him, so he unzips, grabs Condi by the back of the neck, and starts pulling her down... It was just a little while after that that Condi mistakenly referred to Dumbya as her "husband" at a dinner party..
