Its part of the plan we were once a republic but with no major obstacles to worldwide democracy I think its believed that the democracies of before are ready for the next step and you are seeing that now here at home, while also taking down the last bastions of non-democracy. Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea's days are numbered. George Soros open society is just different words for the same plan.
