I feel sad for America. When you start to understand the depth of the deception, over 35 plus years, it get's scary. Kerry has built a "house" of lies, and the Swift vet earthquake is making him see cracks in the walls. He feels the rumble. Will the house come tumbling down? TWT.

uw, Let me play devils advocate here a minute. Suppose I say, this is all payback for Kerry's 1971 testimony. The actual record was a mixed bag, not near as black as the swiftvets now paint it. Memories have been warped by time and anger, and anyway eyewitness accounts will always differ markedly. If they weren't so mad at Kerry, the swiftvets would have honestly remembered a far less unflattering account of him. Comments?

I feel sad for America For a different reason, I get the same feeling. Yesterday I had a cab drop me to the airport in Canberra, Australia (from home). We got talking about the Olympics, and then the cabbie commented : "I like Americans, I just wish their government was on a different planet, so the rest of us could live peacefully". Not wishing to get into a debate, I asked him why he mentioned that, and he said "Well mate, you have a US flag flying outside your house, so I know you're American, thought you'd like some feedback before your elections".
