Kerry manages to put his supporters up front using colored passes... it just wouldn't do for Kerry to make the evening news giving his stump speech in front of a bunch of Bush/Cheney supporters with signs and noisemakers, would it? Ditto for Bush/Cheney... but requiring signed endorsements? A bit insensitive, I think?
