The Spirit of God gives joy, peace and righteousness. To be filled with the Holy Spirit is to be a Christian--God living in you. There is no human experience that compares with the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. God has given us the gift of communing with Jesus and his body of believers during the Lord's Supper (Holy Communion). This is one of the greatest gifts of our salvation. And when things go bad and Satan deceives you into biting the forbidden apple once more, Christ remains faithful and just and will continue to forgive your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness if you confess your sins and repents. The blood of Christ continues to cleanse us as long as we live in these earthen vessels. Congratulations!
