Place, time, and President Nixon was not President on Christmas in 1968. I assume your word inconsisties was an error of spelling inconsistencies. Your obvious lack of legal training and qualifications have you falsely claiming that page A16 of the New York Times shows lies and inconsistencies of the Swifties in the TV ad. Dear Editor, for your consideration, my analysis of your analysis. I will cut from your page listed in the subject above and the point out why I think it is grossly in error. There may be other errors but I may not have taken the time to detail my analysis at this moment. I present arguments or facts below that I believe are general common knowledge to any person who checks the record. The info comes from my own extensive research. Alas, I read lots, but I am just an individual and do not have everything cross referenced for providing source links. ------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Flaw, contextually misleading. Republican-funded Group Attacks Kerry's War Record A single large donor who happens to be a Republican has been identified. The contribution of this individual is not more than 1/3 or 1/2 of the current funding of the Organization Swift Boat Vets for Truth. The title above has dubious honesty when no quantified data is provided. --------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Totally bogus statement that is quantitatively false. Only 2 of several comments deal with Kerry's Vietnam medals. Ad features vets who claim Kerry "lied" to get Vietnam medals. But other witnesses disagree. The Ad literally features Vets who say Kerry lied about his record. Kerry was never in Cambodia These men served with Kerry. This is true by reasonable interpretation of the meaning of the word with. They were in the same Company Unit and functional Units in the actions where Kerry was involved. Kerry lied before the Senate. Kerry's admission his comments were over the top (oath, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth) and the fact that no individual from the Winter Soldier farce could provide any specifics of actual atrocities suggest a reasonable person could have the opinion kerry lied. Kerry dishonored his country.. Kerry was never in Cambodia and lied on the Senate floor about it with the context to disparage the sitting President. Kerry's assertions of systemic command support to allow War Crimes is what I would call "dishonored his country." Kerry cannot be trusted. Clearly as Kerry was never in Cambodia on Christmas, maintained personal journal and made home movies to document his 4 short months should demonstrate to any rational person Kerry cannot tell the Truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. That is a reasonable argument "Kerry cannot be trusted. " As I have time I will expand on other flaws in this page. I was motivated and found fastcheck.org by this posting in a blog.Message 20421625 It has the text of qando.net that also provides what I see as a logical and credible criticism of the subject factcheck.org article... factcheck.org
