Yes I'm serious. Don't be silly. It's not like the property is worth a million or two million dollars or rents for huge amounts of $ monthly. The only thing she would do is show it at a distance if I couldn't be there, and give me her opinion of potential renters. But I decided not to buy the property anyway as the profit would be rather small.
