Hydrogen is a solution for the politicians and the green parties: hydrogen vehicles are clean, exhaust is water, pollution drastically reduced.

The pollution issue (and energy conversion issue) is shifted at the production level. Usually, when I raise this remark I am said to be hair cutting.
If I ask why, in the communication age, workers have to spend their time in traffic queues only to leave their home computer to sit in front of a company's computer, I am called crazy.

The said Hydrogene-as-the-main-topic Number of Science stands under the title of´:"I came to bury Caesar, not to praise him".

As the commentators here already noted, hydrogene is a welcome hoopla for the politicians to keep doing nothing. What the editorial also indicated.

So what's new;\?

"So for what problem is hydrogen the solution? "

1) Consultant unemployment.
2) Politicians who want reassure people about the future of energy without making hard or unpopular choices.

You can make hydrogen with electricity from nuclear, solar or wind power. Does provide a way of storing energy, even mving it from A to B.

It also serves as a useful test of who was awake during physics and chemistry class 20 years ago.
