That's ridiculous. In order to believe what you just said, one would have to re-write the chronology of events and believe that Rove is managing Skerry's campaign, which is centered around Skerry's war record. Dems attacked Bush's military service since 2000, long before Skerry even entered the race. Skerry chose his 4-month war record to run on because his 19 years of skipping intelligence and terrorism hearings in the Senate is too embarrassing for him to talk about. Skerry's primary campaign was foundering, then out of the woodwork came Rassmun, the guy who he plucked from the water, saying "I wrote you at your Senate office years ago," and Kerry responding, "I never got your letter." (WHAT????? Does Skerry's Senate office lose his mail, too??????? This "chance" contact sounds REALLY fishy.) Are you zooming around in Michael Moore's, out-of-context, reality-warping time machine? LOL
