Thats what pisses off mccain so much. Shit happened. Putting to bed MIA and recognition stuff and reconciliation between Mccain and kerry was supposed to put an end to the injection of the vietnam era in our political campaigns. Unfortunately McCaullffe brought this all up when he called bush a deserter and kerry continued it with his i am a hero campaign. Now the vietnam vets join the fray to the advantage of GWB (so far). This might change if they go too far and too long with this assault. Conservatives on this thread are obscessed with kerry much the same way the stupid democrats are with bush. And we are at war and no one cares about doing whats best for our country. We are engaged in competing slanders and exaggerations and on a reactionary focusing on the stupid vietnam war with its aged boomer participants and anti war activists locked again in this fight. mike
