A Bush campaign spokesman, Danny Diaz, said Indian housing loans had doubled under Bush's administration.

He also said there was enough money in the program to satisfy all requests for the rest of this fiscal year.

Chris if they don't spend the money you lose it to other programs that could use it. just like work.. if you don't spend your buget watch out next year.

sounds like great fiscal management to me.. indians double up on housing purchases and still so much money left over they can cut the program and give the money to another program.
