Tom, <Lets hope they succeed> LOL I agree, but rumors of Ovshinsky's demise have been greatly exaggerated in the past, never to come to anything. I remember back to the early '90's when it was a "done deal" that he and Iris were going to give up super-majority voting rights in their stock. Didn't happen. He's getting on in years, he's not particularly healthy, and he's been at this too long (about 12 years too long). As a human being, I wish him nothing but the best of health, content and a happy dotage, but it's been enough already as Chairman and power holder.

On the Samsung P - RAM, is Samsung in fact a licensee?
Or, is this memory chip/technology one of their own creation, using the "phase change" label in a generic sense?
