You will undoubtedly post a statement from a particular professor who claims it "appears" authentic. I will spare you the effort. I have checked it out. It is bogus. Your article is not by Churchill, but by the notorious neo-nazi David Irving. Indeed you posted from Iving's website fpp.co.uk Irving was made famous a bit ago because he sued an academic who called him a "historical revisionist."
