Geez, that has a kind of hypnotic effect...I wouldn't want to chant that for too long--might end up in some darker realm and never come back.........! My guess is that most of the boob job money goes to officer's wives! Probably not covered by the regs, but the procedure is done and Suzy Creamcheese from Kornhusker, NE is shown as an "enhanced" PFC even though she never knows about it. Again just a guess, but probably 2 days of investigation would reveal whether this was so. But after all, if an officer is stationed for 30 years in Okinawa, never meets any enemy, drinks too much and is bored out of his skull, a boob job for his wife if probably a good investment in his "sanity" or shall we say "the continuation of his present psychosis". Would you agree? FORGET the taxpayer--they'll never know. Hell,we can't even keep track of our planes and missiles, let alone our boob jobs........ Namaste!
