Sorry, I never even heard of comparing Gore to Hitler. There was the famous Gore meltdown where he was screaming that Bush was a traitor, where he was definitely over the top, but I've only seen Gore shown being Gore, intercut with the Moveon.org ads comparing Bush to Hitler.
