A second U.S. Military document confirms Churchill's claims that Jews were behind the Communist Revolution: The second report, dated 9 June 1919, was sent from Vladivostok, Russia on 5 July 1918, by US Consul Caldwell. The report reads: "384 commissars there were 2 Negroes, 13 Russians, 15 Chinamen, 22 Armenians and more than 300 Jews. Of the latter number 264 had come to Russia from the United States since the downfall of the Imperial Government." This document can also be ordered from the National Archives. State Department document 861.00/2205, The document was sent from Vladivostok on 5 July 1918, by US Consul Caldwell. Copies of documents from the US National Archives are freely available to anyone from the Washington DC, USA, office.
