I'll take them one at a time: tax cuts: The tax cuts were first becasue we had a surplus, and "it's your money!". Then the tax cuts were for stimulus for the slowing economy. Only, Bush gave the lions share of the tax cuts to the very rich, which didn't really stimulate the economy all that much. The tax cuts are a huge part of the deficit Bush has started running again. Tax cuts for stimulus, good idea! Tax cuts for the rich - bad idea! improve economy: Look at the stock market, look at jobs - there is no improved economy. four countries now not in position to terrorize us: Only one of those countries (Afghanistan) was EVER a threat, now were bogged down in a quagmire war in Iraq. I guess you're referring to Lybia, which has been trying to get on our good side since the Clinton admin - no threat. What's the OTHER country you think Bush has protected us from? drug prescription for medicare. Is a confusing bust of a program, seniors do better just importing their drugs from Canada, and they know it. They think this thing sucks. So, total ZERO as President. A complete failure. That's why all he does now is smear Kerry. He's got NO RECORD.
