They can't claim Kerry didn't say it, because its in the Dick Cavett show tapes, its in the tapes of the Senate Committee, its in his two books! There is no escaping this.

They cropped the video tape to distort Kerry's testimony. I have seen what he actually said. He was repeating the testimony of others.
