sure why not - his signing has been reported as a fact on this thread for weeks, days, whatever, it has been asserted as fact. Who with honorable reputation dare issue a retraction and if they don't, can I fairly accuse them of lying, or of perpetrating a lie. It seems like this form gives the army jurisdiction over releasing the records, no more no less. If memory serves correctly I think the press was given about 20 mins to look over some of them. Knighty Tin pointed to some of the details. Unless McCllelan is lying, where is the fire this time or why can't he answer such a simple question.
