any thoughts on an idcc short? it's more or less pure hype about royalty payments for 2g and 3g. even if the arbitration in january goes for idcc, that's only about $6 on a $16 stock. the rest is a very expensive lottery ticket on new licenses and royalties, and ip is a very difficult investment.
