On what basis do you say Kerry is a liar?

For my edification, please point out the particular statements which were patent lies.

IMHO, I thought what he said was quite reasonable, considering how people modify their worldview from the vantage point of hindsight.

Where is he lying? Are you saying that the Winter Soldiers did not tell him of committing or seeing these acts? Are you saying he's lying about free fire zones?

Did Kerry say that every soldier committed such atrocious acts? Certainly not. Can you say these acts certainly did not happen?

Of course you can't.
