With decades of experience in engineering, life and the law I cannot see a smigeon of doctored in the audio of Kerry's testimony? The video commercial uses stills with image over as a standard technique. The lying libeler can never see honesty in others that show what pathetic liars they are. And that is Kenneth E. Phillipps. kerry, Christmas in Cambodia. "They" committed, "bured villages" ALL kerry lies. would you care to defend the way kerry lies???
