<<When I first heard the story I assumed the President had been told a plane had hit the WTC, and thought his response reasonable.
However, when I understood that the second plane had already hit and Andrew Card told the President in no uncertain terms "We are under attack."... well... that's different.>>

What about if Andy Card had said "We are under attack, please wait while Secret Service gets the convoy ready and AF1 ready. Reports will be in the vehicle and communications set up on AF1.".

This issue is so Mickey Mouse it's a wonder Disney didn't sue Michael Moore for including it in his piece of trash diatribe. Can't we talk about something better than the meaning of seven minutes of video depicting a president deep in thought?

What did Michael Moore do for that same time?

cirrus, that's simply frivolous nit-picking. GW Bush has kept a steady hand since 9/11, if silly Liberals want to focus on 7min, it just highlights their weak arguments for replacing a stalwart commander in chief.
