best thing to do his loppy's Silver Star is to publish the supporting documents online. this will determine whether the award is suspect. too many rumors floating around about it. did he execute a fleeing cowering VC? the only thing i have heard loppy say recently is that he didn't shoot the VC in the back....... was the VC running backwards?
