yes, and he had a bead on the boat. instead of firing his lowered his weapon and ran and was cowering when loppy killed him. if this is a fact, then loppy should have been courts-martialed under the Articles of War. Now to clear this up, the supporting documents for loppy's Silver Star could straighten this mess out..... you know at one time i was told to quit asking questions about this and that the supporting documents would be released before the democrap convention.... i fell for this and quit asking questions..... and you know the rest of the story.... i was snookered.....
