Speaking of edmonton real estate. Have a number of relatives live there.

What would happen to its real estate price if the world goes into recession and the oil price remains high. Or, if the north america real estate bubble bursts, would edmonton r.e. also goes down too?

FWIW, Every one dollar increase in oil price, there is extra $65 million income for the alberta government.
