But you can't rule it out especially when it has dominated US foreign policy for so long.

I accept, and I have said it over and over, that there is a strong Zionist influence to what has taken place but that does not mean that Israel is the only factor to consider. And, by saying that I am not trying to excuse the neocon gangsters from their crime(s). I just believe one should apportion blame where blame is due.

Not everything in life is a conspiracy. It's spelled out in documents dating back to the Nixon Adminstration that the U.S. intended on protecting and/or taking the oil supplies in the Mid East by force. It's been our government's policy for decades. The PNAC document spells it out once again. It's all in black and white.

The fact that Israel benefited from removing Saddam is a nice aside for them. In any case, it wasn't Israel who tricked us into believing Saddam had WMDs, it was Iran. They introduced us to the prominent Iraqi Chabilas. Iran played us like a fiddle and we removed their biggest foe in the world. What a great deal for both Israel and Iran. The U.S. is happy too, as we get our bases in Iraq and surrounding countries and we get the spoils of war, all that goddam OIL. Iraq might have the biggest oil reserves in the world when all is said and done.
