Look at where many large companies are located now -
IBM - Armonk New York
Motorola Schaumburg Illonois
Lockheed Bethesday Maryland
Ford Dearborn (not Detroit)

CNBC Ft.Lee New Jersey not NYC

In all of Silicon Valley -
DOLby Labs is in San Francisco
Adobe is in Downtown San Jose

Everything else is spread out in low density Intel, National, Oracle, HP, IBM, Cisco, Sun

except for Oracle, most of these places have multiple buildings spread out so you need to DRIVE to internal meetings.

Malcolm.... Think now Markham to Mississauga. Oshawa to Vaughn... Richmond Hill to Pickering... its happening in our backyard too...
