OK, we don't know who wrote the report. What is the significance of that? The significance is that you said he had not written it, when in fact you didn't know. Perhaps as you said, you relied on others. We still don't know. We need to know, because rightly or wrongly, it has become an issue. Too many inconsistancies. Kerry would do well to request the Navy release all records. That way he could put this behind him, enjoy a major leap in the polls and walk into the WhiteHouse without clouds over his head.
