Carter kept that 55 mph speed limit on way too long. Should have ended after the first year. That option would not work well today, since with better aerodynamics and better engine set ups (overdrive gears) the there would be little to no efficency gained by going from 65 to 55. Okay with me since I drive about 75 when I can.

Moving thermostats can really affect peoples productivity. A small drop in productivity could easily.
