That liar O'Neill would have us believe that Kerry won a Silver Star by killing a helpless, unarmed kid in a loin cloth. Now, because of Rood, we know he ran his Swift Boat directly into the face of the enemy and chased an adult VC, dressed as a VC, armed with a rocket launcher which could have destroyed the boat and crew.

I don't believe it was 3-1. And, I don't think their vantage point was the same. For example, in the Bronze Star incident, Thurlow was not on Kerry's boat, and had severe problems of his own to deal with (a severely damaged boat and WIAs).
