Amiral Stansfield Turner former Director of the CIA and Rhodes Scholar Lt General Edward D Baca, Former Superintendant at West Point, and Combat Veteran with 101st Air Borne Division. Vice Admiral Lee F Gunn, Formerly Inspector General at Department of Navy Lt. General Claudia Kennedy, highest ranking female officer. John McCain - United States Senator from Arizona. These people would disagree with your assessment. There are others. It does not make them right. But there is another view on this matter.
