Kerry spoke about the testimony he heard in meeting with the Winter Soldiers. Did you READ the links I posted? Vietnam was a war that generated many atrocities, atrocities causing shame and denial in many Vietnam vets, typified by the Shitfloats vets for Rove lies. Read below a Pulitzer Prize winning series on Vietnam atrocities:

toledoblade.com
post-gazette.com
antiwar.com

Bush has caused the deaths of nearly 1000
Americans and 20,000 Iraqis with his WMD lies.

<<Kerry's lies about war crimes.>>

Kerry, in his testimony before Congress in 1971, was merely reporting what he had heard from other Vets.

Also, if you believe war crimes did not happen in Vietnam during that war, you must be smoking something really good!

J.

My first husband was a Vietnam Vet. I overheard him talk with other vets about "things" that happened over there whenever he got together over a few beers.

War is not a "gentlemanly" affair. Whenever you put people in that environment you have things that happen that aren't
civilized..............it's a fact known by anyone who has any clue as to what war is about. It ain't pretty and it ain't gentlemanly...........it's horror plain and simple. War changes the very core of good men who have to forget everything they were raised to honor in order to survive.

Why do you think so many men still can't come to grips with the truth about Vietnam? You are seeing the living proof that the war was wrong and messed up many, many good men.
It's why we shouldn't go to war unless it's absolutely necessary................and why it is paramount that we have a Commander in Chief that understands that...........and understands live, uncensored war......................John Kerry is that man.

Maybe this will refresh your memory about war crimes in Vietnam, and perhaps you will see that Kerry was correct in 1971.

Hopefully, uw, the Vietnam POW's, who lived after being tortured by the VC/NV and aided by John Kerry's 'testimony' before the Senate in 1971.....will be able to tell their story. Most of the folks born after 1950 don't know, and for sure the ones born after 1960, don't know the first hand stories...either being there, or by the TV and print media magazines and papers...

The Dems, who say they respect free speech, in fact do not. Wonder how many here have seen the salon.com article where a Kerry campaign operative suggested that the book be banned, or not allowed to be published, nor be in the bookstores....

I'll probably be banned from here just saying that....
