O'Neill has said that there was no enemy fire during Kerry's Bronze Star engagement, and no damage to his boat. However, an after action report shows damage to Kerry's boat and other boats not involved in the mine explosion that disabled Thurlow's boat. idexer.com O'Neill has stated that Kerry shot a 17 year old VC wearing a loincloth in the back, which eyewitnesses have refuted (including, yesterday, Rood). O'Neill has stated that in Kerry's first Purple Heart, there was no enemy fire - refuted by those actually in the small boat with Kerry. More come out each day...
