Ann: a metrosexual is: Metro: of the metropolis, a city guy or gal as the case may be. Sexual: having to do with amorous or erotic physical activity of whatever kind and of whatever variety with whatever type of individual or alone Hence: a metrosexual is a city dude who is ready at any time and in any place with anybody regardless of circumstances or situation with the intent to get it on. A metrosexual can be a married person with a loving spouse and children but who enjoys roaming the streets of the metropolis in search of another kind of pleasure than that available at home and hearth. A metrosexual is without a sense of personal morality or civil or social commitment other than to pleasure one's self with as many who are, like him or her, in it for the pleasure. The best example I can think of at the moment is Governor McGreevy of New Jersey. But I think there are many of them. Ambidexterous is self defining, right.
