That will get fixed tomorrow. Sez you. Nah. Should be easy enough to check. And though readmsg is going to get 80% of the use, the times that readmsg is being called by a moderator will be in the minority of overall traffic, so checking to see if someone is banned and displaying a non-link "Banned" if they are, should be easy enough and not result in too much overhead.

There is one bug that will allow a ban entry to be entered more than once. Fixed. I've also changed the "You have been banned from this moderated thread" to delete the word "moderated" since you and I are able to ban people from any thread, whether moderated or not.
