Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. BTW, there's no statue on treason. Want to see the first POTUS convicted of it? Vote for Kerry. Oh. Treason IS an impeachable offense. Specifically mentioned as such in the Constitution. (Maybe THAT'S why he wants the job so bad. A sitting POTUS is probably unindictable. Assuming he stops the impeachment.)
