<<"My vote will go to the person who can paint a credible, realistic picture of future directions.">> WoW!! A guaranteed Bush vote then. The only thing Kerry has 'painted' is his time in the military, as for 'creible', nothing he says can ever be believed as he has already admitted to lying to a senate committee. 'Realistic' Kerry has no idea of what the word means and certainly cannot go on his decades of time in (note NOT service in) the Senate. Future-- would be as lackluster as his military and senate time with the one exception,, he may be able to get religion back into the schools. The only problem is it would be the Koran, not the Bible.

I also said this kumar:
For many, hearing Kerry actually say the words he said to the Senate 1971, while we were at war and our soldiers were still fighting, and being captured, and dying....has got to make an impact.

Since Kerry evidently thinks the VN War was important to use as his campaign centerpiece is why the subject keeps coming up....(I hear the total time he spent on what he has done since, including the Senate...was 34 seconds!!!!)

I agree....I think the important info we need is EXACTLY what program do the candidates have for the various problems facing us. I have really NOT heard a single program plan from Kerry's mouth. Only "I will, I want, I can do...." etc etc. All form, and no substance.

For instance...health care. He's been in the Senate for 19 years. Has he introduced a single solitary plan to improve the cost of insurance premiums for people???? He keeps saying he will....and he wants....

BUT WHAT has he done so far?????
