I'm in Salt Lake City. I traded my mortgage in Oceanside for a house I own outright here, plus a bunch of tax free cash.
I'm not sure if Bush is a manipulated fool or truly evil, or some mixture of both. He seems to have spent his life trading on his family name and connections, something I have little respect for. I don't see how any thinking American can support the war in Iraq. It makes us less safe, and gets a lot of people killed. That's just the biggest of the Bush mistakes. His record as President is really awful, IMO. But, that's why we have elections!

Your analysis is incisive, and, I believe, accurate.

For my part I'm very particular about who I hunt with. I will not hunt with anybody who shoots until all the tags are filled, and I only tag animals that I have killed. I will not hunt with anybody who might shoot me or himself, or put rice shrapnel in my butt. On the basis of these principles, I would go elk hunting with Bush, but not with Kerry.

Kerry claims to be a hunter, but that is a total sham.

Bush does not make an issue of being a hunter, but if he is a hunter I would hunt with him.

jfiquette: You once again show your true mettle. And it is your experience hunting men and women that makes your intellectual dossier so telling and your character analysis of the two candidates so meaningful.

You have got both of them down pat.

Hire Bush! Fire Kerry.

And once you fire Kerry, watch your back.
