I admit to being in shock when I first saw what was happening. Others have pointed out that Bush was just having a natural reaction. However, we expect our leaders to excel, not be ordinary. I would have hoped that we'd have someone who would literally leap into action.

However, based on that one incident alone, I wouldn't say he is not qualified. No, my opinion is that he's done a LOT more to lose that qualification...
